Study On International Chinese Education Teaching Management

Since the reform and opening-up,Chinese,as a new kind of international language,has been more and more important in the world language system.Nowadays,the Chinese-hot not only accelerated the development of international Chinese education,but also raise higher requirement at the field of international Chinese management.Meanwhile,the vocational education in China is developing rapidly too,so to objectively and rationally analyze the condition of international Chinese education in vocational institute,to find out the problem in education building and to discuss the way of settlement are necessary.The paper discusses the background of the development of international Chinese education in China.The meaning of studying international Chinese education and management.The author refers the study materials of the authorities in and outside China,throw light on research methods,point out the research feature and shortcoming,illustrates the relative theory and definition of international Chinese education and management and analyzes the basic condition and tendency of such a subject in China.Based on the realistic work and investigation,taking Zibo Vocational Institute for example,the author analyzes the condition of international Chinese educational teaching management,including curriculum provision,selection of teaching material,teaching method,construction of teaching staff and international students administration,discovers the deficiency in this field and after the analysis and research,finally concludes the countermeasures on international Chinese curriculum set,teaching staff building and international students administration,so as to offer suggestions for other vocational schools in building their international Chinese education and management.
