As a cognitive component of subjective well-being,it is also affected by the interaction between individual itself and the external environment.Unlike human capital and social capital,psychological capital is defined to a positive state of mind in the process of growing up,which can be developed through a certain degree of intervention for obtaining competitive advantages.Academic burnout starts from the learning process when a student can not stand the burden and lose interest in learning,therefore lead to a series of negative emotion and behavioral problems.Life satisfaction is a kind of comprehensive evaluation based on the quality of life refers to an individual,there are various of subjective experiences in different areas.This study provided theoretical basis for improving college students' mental health level and decreasing the academic burnout level.Based on the review of the concept,measurement,theory and related research of psychological capital,life satisfaction and academic burnout.This study adopts the quantitative method to survey 884 college students in Tianjin by using positive psychological capital questionnaire,college students' learning burnout scale and adolescent life satisfaction scale as tools to analysis the variables in general and all dimensions.We also use the independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis to discuss the moderation effect of life satisfaction between psychological capital and academic burnout.Here are the conclusions.(1)The level of psychological capital was higher in general,and there were significant differences in gender and local institution.(2)Students' academic burnout was in the medium level,and there were significant differences in gender,local institution and education background.(3)The situation of life satisfaction was acceptable,and there were significant differences in local institution and education background.(4)There was a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and academic burnout,psychological capital was negatively correlated with academic burnout,life satisfaction was positively correlate with psychological capital.The students' life satisfaction and psychological capital had different degree of prediction to academic burnout.(5)Life satisfaction moderated the relationship between psychological capital and academic burnout,and there were significant interactions among the satisfaction of friendship,family,freedom and environment with psychological capital.(6)The moderation effect on education background was significantly different,the friendship and family satisfaction moderation effect existed in undergraduate college students instead of vocational college student.
