teachers' job burnout refers to experience of attitude,emotion,attitude and behavior of failure state under pressure for a long time,which is a kind of abnormal behavior and psychology,it not only affects teachers' health of body and mind,also has a lot of adverse effects on school education,the development of the students,etc.Because primary and secondary school teachers undertake the task of teaching,load from the high expectations of the society,teachers' job burnout has become a prominent question in the field of education.Based on past research of job burnout,this study explores the relationship among Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Job Stress,Job Satisfaction,Psychological Capital and Job Burnout.It's expected that the research results can provide the reference to countermeasures that attempt to slow down the teachers' job burnout,improve teachers' physical and mental health,promote the development of education undertakings,etc.At first,an intensive literature review about teachers' job stress,job satisfaction,psychological capital and job burnout has been done.Then,the research uses “teachers' Job Stress questionnaire" designed by huangmeizhen,“teachers' Job Satisfaction questionnaire”designed by huyongmei,“primary and secondary school teachers' emotion capital questionnaire" designed by Xie Yin and Mao Jinping,“teachers' job burnout scale" designed by Xu fuming and others to investigate some of the primary and secondary school teachers in Hunan province with questionnaires.By dealing data with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS17.0,the conclusion can be drawn as follows:1.Teachers in different studying phases have significant differences in teachers' job burnout.Teachers in differentteaching age groups have significant differences in teachers' job burnout.2.Teachers in different studying phases have significant differences in teachers' Job Stress.3.Primary and secondary school teachers' job stress,job satisfaction,psychological capital(task-based psychological capital and interpersonal emotional psychological capital)and job burnout exists pairwise correlation.4.Job satisfaction has the partial intermediary effect between job stress and job burnout.5.psychological capital(task-based psychological capital and interpersonal emotional psychological capital)has moderate effect between job stress and job satisfaction.6.Psychological capital has moderate effect between job stress and job satisfaction,also can further affect job burnout through job satisfaction.That is,psychological capital and job satisfaction have mediated moderation effect between job stress and job burnout.
