With the deepening of reform and opening-up,the present system of social transformation in China is not perfect,increasingly becoming the focus of attention.How to achieve social justice by institutions has become an urgent problem to be solved.The realization of justice in the system will directly affect the realization of human development.The development of human being is a historical category,which has different contents and forms in different stages of historical development.In the process of historical development,the main performance of the dialectical unity of the relationship between the justice and the human development is:the purpose of institution justice is to promote the continuous development and progress of mankind and its ultimate goal is to promote the all-round development of people.In turn,the continuous development of people promotes the system to be gradually perfect and fair.In this paper,we use the method of historical materialism to analyze the problems of imperfect system and its impact on human development in the period of social transformation in China,attempting to discuss the feasibility of constructing a just social system from the aspects of politics,economy and culture:Only a fair social system can provide a strong guarantee for the development of people.We can lead the all-round development of the people through the system justice:First,build a political system of justice that provides the development of mankind for political security;Second,build political system of justice that lays a solid material foundation for human development;Third,build a cultural system of justice that be a powerful source of power to support the pursuit of the spirit.
