It can be predicted from two parts of teachers’ ability whether the pre-service teachers are qualified for their teachers’position,one is the teachers’cognition,which means the ability of profession skills in teaching;the other one is emotional competence.Teacher’s good emotional regulation competences can strength teacher’s resilience,reduce teacher burnout and promote teacher’s self-efficacy,which are the significant components of emotional competence.Therefore,it is important to understand the current situation of emotional competence of the pre-service teachers and the effect of the normal education in teaching through the study of emotional regulation between the normal and non-normal university students.Although the emotional regulation,based on the study itself,has made plentiful results,few are applied to the related field of teachers’group,furthermore,few scholars exam the teachers from the perspective of emotional regulation and its neural mechanism.Under the framework of Gross’s of model of emotional regulation process,this study separately adopted Zhang Juying’s Emotional Intelligence Scale,Mauss’ s implicit association test of Emotional Regulation Scale(ER-IAT)and implicit emotional GO/NOGO.With the help of the ERP,questionnaire survey,and recording the date of subjects at the same time,this study exams the overall situation of normal and non-normal university students,implicit emotional regulation attitudeand the differences of automatic emotion regulation in brain mechanisms.This study includes three experiments,the part one adopts the emotional intelligence questionnaire to find that the normal university students have better emotional competence during the four-year normal education compared to the non-normal students.The part two uses Mauss’ s adapted implicit association test of Emotional Regulation Scale(ER-IAT),which required the subjects finish the identification task about emotional control,emotional expression,positive attribute words and negative attribute words,and the study,through the compatibility and incompatible test to get the result of IAT-effect,reveals the differences of the implicit attitude to emotional regulation between normal and non-normal students.The part three uses the emotional faces of GO/NOGO,which required the subjects recognize the gender(male or female)through emotional faces(control the arousal)as the task of implicit emotion,and analyzes the influence about the emotional valence on the implementation process(GO)and inhibition process(NOGO),which can further reveal the differences of the auto-attention to emotional control and automatic response inhibition in neural mechanism between the normal and non-normal students.The main conclusions draw as follows:(1)The scores of emotional intelligence of normal university students are higher than non-normal university students,as well as the dimensions of the emotional reflection,positive incentive,emotional regulation,and emotional expressionare better than the non-normal university students,which means the normal university education of cultivation of affection and characteristic is undoubtedly effective.(2)The normal university students have more positive attitude in emotional control,during the four-year normal education,the educational concept of self-control and self-restraint have a subtle influence on the implicit attitude of normal students.(3)The advantage of automatic emotional regulation competence of normal university students comes from neural mechanism of automatic attention to emotional control and automatic response inhibition. |
