As an important factor affecting individual development, individuals with different attachment types will adopt different emotional regulation methods and experience different emotional states under the premise of the same stimulus. Therefore, attachment not only affects the individual's mental health level through emotional regulation, but also is an important factor in predicting the risk of crime model. This paper aims to compare the levels of attachment, emotion regulation strategies, emotion regulation self-efficacy and anxiety between college students and those in custody/prison,as well as the relationship between different factors, and investigate the mediating effect of emotion regulation on attachment and anxiety. And on the basis of the comparison of different groups, aiming at the relationship between emotion regulation and anxiety, the intervention program was designed to test the effect of the improvement of self-efficacy of positive emotion regulation on the inhibition of anxiety. This study is divided into two parts:Studies the close relationship through questionnaire, emotional self-efficacy questionnaire, emotion regulation questionnaire,SAS,anxiety questionnaire to 191 college students,242 custody/inmates were investigated, the two groups of attachment, anxiety status and emotion regulation and adjustment of the relationship between self-efficacy was analyzed, and the main results are as follows: 1.The safety of the college students' attachment type up custody/inmates,insecure attachment type rate under custody/inmates.The attachment avoidance scores and anxiety scores of the detainee/inmate were significantly higher than those of the ordinary college students.2.In the dimension of emotional regulation, the detained/prisoners are more inclined to use inhibitory expression strategy, and the scores of cognitive reassessment and selfefficacy of positive emotional regulation of college students are significantly higher than those of the detained/prisoners.3.The two dimensions of attachment are positively correlated with the level of psychological anxiety for both the prisoners and the college students. The difference is that the attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety of the detainee/inmate have significant positive correlation with expression inhibition, and attachment avoidance also has significant positive correlation with cognitive reappraisal. However, the attachment of college students is not significantly correlated with emotion regulation strategies, and their attachment anxiety is only negatively correlated with emotion regulation self-efficacy and positive emotion selfefficacy.4.The mediating effects of positive emotion regulation self-efficacy on attachment avoidance and anxiety were significant in both the detainers/prisoners and college students. The differences between the two groups are mainly reflected in the first half of attachment and emotion regulation.Through the group counseling intervention on the self-efficacy of positive emotions, the second study found that the self-efficacy of positive emotions can significantly improve the level of psychological anxiety. The results of this study can not only improve emotional self-efficacy,but also improve insecure attachment relationship to alleviate psychological anxiety. Moreover,it has some enlightening effects on the remolding education of the detainees.
