This study investigated the status of undergraduate anxiety, the features of anxious undergraduate’s emotion regulation implicit attitude, and the influence of different emotion regulation implicit attitudes to emotion regulation,and examine the effect of group sandplay to anxious undergraduate.It aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical support for future research and practical counseling work, to improve the mental health of college students, and thus enhance the overall quality of college students.Using random survey by the state- anxiety scale to Jining 200 college students in the college, using the Emotion Regulation Version IAT as well as pictures priming materials and Chinese Affective Picture System as experimental material experiments, data analysis using SPSS17.0,and use group sandplay as intervention methods.The main following results were obtained:1.Significant anxiety in college students account for a large proportion,we need to focus on anxiety college students; 2. There are differences of students state anxiety level in the home ground, state anxiety levels of rural students is significantly higher than state anxiety level of the city of College Students;3.There are significant differences of students’ anxiety level in whether a child, not only child’s of state anxiety and trait anxiety levels were significantly higher than the anxiety levels of only child;4. High anxiety students tend to negative emotion regulation implicit attitude, lower anxiety students tend to positive emotion regulation implicit attitude; 5. Students with positive emotion regulation implicit attitude are able to adjust and automated control the negative emotion,students with negative emotion regulation implicit attitude are not able to adjust and automated control the negative emotion; 6 The group sandplay can effectively reduce the level of anxiety of high anxiety college students. |
