As one of the important contents of modern social management,social stimulation plays an important role in the social governance of ancient China.How to effectively motivate the enthusiasm of the general public so that they can work hard toward the set targets and achieve the result of "tearing and weathering" has always been the concern of the dynasties and rulers.Luzhou Prefecture,as a "gateway to north and south of the larynx and Jianghuai area," uses material incentives and spiritual incentives to meet the needs of the public by formulating a Confucian ethic with loyalty,filial piety and righteousness as its incentive objectives,implementing effective incentives,Making the Ming and Qing Dynasties Luzhou Prefecture folk customs honest,people advocate loyalty.The full text takes Luzhou government social stimulation in the Ming and Qing Dynasties as the main line,divided into four chapters.This thesis consists of three parts:introduction,body and conclusionIn the introduction,I narrate the origins of the selected topic and the retrospection of the academic history,and then clarify the essential connotation of"social motivation",and on this basis,the text elaborate on the social motivation thoughts of past dynasties.The body is divided into four chapters.The first chapter first discussed the incentives of the Central Government during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Then,based on the central government's incentive policies,this chapter focused on the areas of Luzhou Prefecture Social incentives,and then divided into incentive objects,processes and patterns of three specific elaboration.The second chapter is the focus of this article,which mainly expounds the two kinds of motivational means of spiritual encouragement,including material reward,gift-giving,In addition,Luzhou government also discussed the implementation of some negative incentives to play a disciplinary role.The third chapter discusses the main body of social motivation of Luzhou Prefecture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The measures of social encouragement need certain subjects to be implemented.This chapter mainly describes the main motivators represented by the central government,local officials and people in villages.The three work together to ensure the effective operation of the incentives of Luzhou Prefecture.The fourth chapter discusses the social incentive effect of Luzhou Prefecture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The social incentives implemented by Luzhou Prefecture in the Ming and Qing Dynasties have had some social effects.This chapter mainly narrates the effect of social stimulus from three aspects of politics,economy and society,which is also the historical value of the institute.The conclusion part summarizes the main arguments of the dissertation,and briefly explains the historical reference function of social incentives implemented by the state government in the Ming and Qing Dynasties for the current social management.
