Luzhou capital of qing dynasty is located on the north bank of the lower yangtze river and chaohu river basin.Its area is roughly equivalent to that of hefei city of anhui province and parts of wuhu city and lu'an city.The unique location characteristics and strategic value of the throat of the central Anhui province have become one of the most developed areas in Anhui province in Qing Dynasty.Towns in the Luzhou region,as a geographical entity forming and developing in the region,are the center of regional civilization and the regional economy Centralized portrayal and measurement of development,social progress and strategic adjustment.In the ming dynasty,the regulation of urban governance in luzhou area was basically formed,along with the eastern trade in the middle and late period,the town as the commodity economic development entity gradually showed different development levels because of its role.During the long period of stable development,the spatial structure and functional zoning of the city are more and more balanced,forming several famous cities of Jianghuai River,and the distribution of commodities and trade in the towns and cities are becoming more and more frequent,resulting in a number of major towns in Luzhou in which the deep culture has accumulated and cultivated the common emotional identity and values between urban and rural areas in Luzhou.These factors merge with each other,leaving a historical legacy that continues to affect the current urban ecosystem and to a certain extent to show the future regional trends.Today,with Hefei as the core,the growing Hefei metropolitan area accelerates the process of regional integration into the Yangtze River Delta,Hefei city shows the increasing provincial capital's first degree and geographical influence,and the comprehensive strength and influence in the whole country are also increasing rapidly,and the regional pull ability cannot be underestimated.It is urgent and important to study the regional structure and urban system of Luzhou government,which accords with its metropolitan area in the historical period,whether from the historical level or the realistic point of view,to deepen the study of its historical period,especially the mature period of imperial society in Qing Dynasty,which is finally stable needs the foundation and the motive force of the history,the furtherhighlight of the soft power of the city,needs the cultural excavation and the exploration of the traditional regional structure.Based on the perspective of historical geography,the first topic is mainly to explore the historical geographical basis of the luzhou region,including the natural and human environment in the qing dynasty,and the geographical distribution,location relationship,commercial network and the local urban system formed between them.The latter half of the latter two chapters,from a more detailed point of view,to explore the regional structure of urban governance in Luzhou The focus of attention is on the appearance of the outer edge of the city,the inner block system,the functional zoning and the spatial distribution of important buildings.The last part is centered on the ancient monuments in the city governance,and then,taking Chaohu as an example,extends to the vast regional hinterland,deconstructing the mutual sculpture of the landscape and regional culture in the Luzhou region.
