Study On Bian Jingzhao's Cranes Painting

In the early Ming Dynasty,the imperial power was highly centralized,the development of painting is relatively slow.Although there are many court painters,they has to be painted entirely according to the will of emperor,to a certain extant,this limits the development of painting.From the beginning of the Yongle Dynasty,the political environment was relatively relaxed,and the court painting academy got more room for development.A large number of painters in Fujian and Zhejiang were conscripted to serve the court.Many famous painters emerged at one time and Bian Jingzhao was one of them.Bian Jingzhao,also called Wen Jin,is a famous court who engaged in flower and bird painting area in the early Ming Dynasty,serving both the Yongle and Xuande dynasties.His flower-and-bird painting art inherits the artistic features of the Huang family painting art of Five Dynasties,Southern/Northem song dynasties and also the characteristics of the landscape paintings of the Southern Song dynasty.And also absorb the art of brush painting represented by Wang Yuan since the Yuan Dynasty.Although he is a court painter,he loves to make friends with different artists,so the style of painting is also influenced by them.His works show the artistic features of rich,elegant,fresh and bright,profound significance,and create a new style of flower and bird painting in the early Ming dynasty.Among the paintings of Bian Jingzhao,many cranes are depicted.The crane has long been popular with the world because of its unique cultural connotations.It often appears in the pens of painters and literati.It has been reflected in literature and art for many generations.The landscape painting of Biking Jing's cranes has become a representative work.In this paper,the subject works of Bian Jingzhao's crane as the research object,from the composition,the pen,the modeling,the color,the moral five aspects to carry on the analysis and the discussion to his work.His crane works to some extent to represent the entire artistic style.In his composition,he can see the different layout features of the vertical axis and the long scroll.As a whole,the scale is huge and the style is diverse.The use of brush and ink techniques,different performance of objects with different techniques,a comprehensive approach,the overall picture harmony.Mostly double crane on the shape,both traditional crane shape style inheritance,but also to the traditional new development.Coloring both the royal color rich and noble style,but also consistent with the literati ink style,eclectic eclectic style.Implied meaning,the common crane with rocks and pine,bamboo,plum and other plants,artistic conception far,elegant tastes,meaning rich.Bian Jingzhao inherits the tradition on the basis of the merging of the various lengths for own use,fully demonstrated its artistic talent.Under the relatively stable literary and artistic environment of Yong Xuan and Liang Dynasties,Bian Jingzhao influenced the development of painting in the Ming Dynasty with his unique cranes painting art.On the other hand,many artists such as Ming Emperor Xuanzong,Lin Liang and Lv Ji,Many painters have had a great influence.
