Study On Dietetic Culture From The Perspective Of Environmental Ethics

Chinese dietetic culture has a long history and enjoys a high reputation of “the kingdom filling with delicious food ”.But in the process of its development,there are also many dregs,such as food safety problems,the phenomenon of stealing game,extravagance and waste,which plays a role in promoting current environmental problems,As the most representative part of traditional culture,dietetic culture has been centre by scholars at home and abroad.With the development of society,the importance of diet not only lies in satisfying the appetite for food,but also relates to the stability of national society and the harmonious and sustainable development of natural ecology,and environmental ethics can solve the conflict between man and nature from the root.Based on this,this paper analyzes reasons why the dregs in Chinese food culture from the perspective of environmental ethics,and then puts forward the ways to solve the problem.It provides an important reference for the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China in the construction of a healthy food culture and the construction of ecological civilization in China.This paper mainly adopts the literature method,case analysis method and interdisciplinary research method to carry out the research.The paper is divided into five chapters.Part one is introduction,which mainly focuses on the purpose and significance of the study,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and innovation points.Part two is related to the theory of dietetic culture and environmental ethics,including connotation and characteristics of dietetic culture,and the supporting theory of dietetic environmental ethics such as natural axiology,natural right theory and sustainable development view.Part three mainly discusses the environmental ethical problems in Chinese dietetic culture from the aspects of ignoring the value of dietary resources,ignoring animal survival rights,violating the principle of ecological justice and so on.Part four analyzes the reasons of the environmental ethical problems in Chinese dietetic culture,including the influence of the corrupt customs in traditional Chinese dietetic culture,ignoring ecological benefits in the market economic system,and the unsound laws and regulations related to food,and the ineffective supervision.Part five puts forward some practical suggestions on how to solve the environmental ethical problems in Chinese dietetic culture,such as strengthening the education of dietetic environmental ethics,perfecting the laws and regulations and the strength of punishment and supervision.
