With the constantly rising of China's international status.Chinese has caused the world's attention of all over the world.Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages also constantly growing,spoken Chinese teaching are playing a much more important role of it.Based on the intermediate spoken Chinese teaching theory,this paper introduced the basic situation of teaching.Through the questionnaire to know students' learning situation.Making the design of teaching based on teaching models and books.Intermediate spoken Chinese teaching to employees from South Korea consists of three parts.Vocabulary teaching is the basis of Chinese teaching.Analyzing the results of the stage test,meanwhile,through the interview to know the factors that influence learning outcomes.Then summarized the teaching methods through the teaching reflection.There are something need to notice.Accurately explain the meaning of each word and to show how to use it.Combining with context,the aim is communication and learn more vocabulary is the importance.Do more repeat and review,more use and less forget.Grammar teaching is the core of Chinese teaching.Pay attention to division the important and the difficult part is the key part.Using the laws of Chinese and Korean,do more exercises.Paragraph teaching is the integrating stage.From the sentence to the article,through the retelling and imitated practice,learn to express by themselves.Through the inquiry of teaching object,material and models to make the design of intermediate spoken Chinese teaching,using the investigation and interview as the medium to know the teaching effect.Found the specific teaching methods,to improve the teaching ability and to provide reference for the same type of teaching at the same time.
