Research On The Protection And Development Path Of Traditional Residential Houses In Xiazhang Village Of Zhejiang Province

Traditional villages are important historical carriers for interpreting regional cultures and emulating them.They are rich in cultural and natural resources and have certain historical,cultural,scientific,artistic,economic,and social values.Rich in historical information and cultural landscapes,they are the largest heritage left by China's farming civilization.Under the background of urbanization,traditional villages are gradually declining.Based on the background mentioned above,the 19 th Central Committee documents proposed the strategy of "Village Rejuvenation".Rural development is urgent,how to inherit and reproduce the vitality of traditional villages,and show uniqueness of traditional villages is very important.Humanistic connotation and innovation in the preservation and development of village protection are subject worthy of inheritance and research.The ancient village of Xiazhang,Zhejiang is surrounded by hills.It is steeply located in the Dolomites Valley and was built in the late Ming Dynasty based on clan blood.It is a cultural ancient village with a history of more than a thousand years.The layout of the village houses is patchwork,row upon row,and the ancient buildings of mud walls and blue tiles,house houses,and buckets form certain features of the characteristics of the characteristics of Ming and Qing Dwellings architectural groups.Based on the local residential architecture and historical and cultural carriers,this article aims to explore the protection and development of the residential buildings in the ancient villages of Xiazhang.Through field surveys,surveying and mapping,and audio and video recordings,the study aims to understand the village's natural resources,historical culture,and layout space.Based on the above,we have organized the typical residential buildings and public buildings in Xiazhang Village as well as the structure and structure of the public buildings.We also have conducted in-depth analysis of the problems faced by Xiazhang Village in the process of protection and development from the aspects of architectural layout,structural features,building skills,and living conditions.Based on the analysis of the value of the dwelling houses in Xiazhang,the feasibility and tactics of inheriting and recreating traditional villages are further proposed,and the framework of the relationship between balanced protection and development is formulated.Combining with the actual situation of Xiazhang Village,we will carry out the design plan for quality improvement of residential housing and verify the previous principles and strategies,giving them practical significance.At the same time,it is hoped that the research on this topic will provide a theoretical reference for the construction of similar villages in the future.This dissertation is one of the phased results of the national-level major research project “Study on the Status Quo and Development of Ethnic Traditional Arts and Crafts in the Process of Urbanization”.This sub-project is a large number of field researches on specific villages,and is used for the protection and development of traditional villages.Provide basic information.
