The word order in Chinese language has always been a difficult point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and it also appears as one kind of grammatical phenomenon in which Indonesian students make mistakes while leaning Chinese language.Therefore,the mistakes of word order are the research object of this thesis.This paper describes and explains the similarities and differences between Chinese and Indonesian word order,using the theories of interlanguage,theories of comparative analysis and error analysis.At the same time,it combines the word order mistakes in writing compositions from HSK corpus and analyses the main types of word order mistakes as well as the reasons of occurring.Finally,it proposes the targeted teaching strategies.The full text is divided into six parts,with the content as follows:Introduction.In this part we mainly expound the reason for choosing this topic,the research situation in China and abroad,and explanation of relevant theories and research methods of this paper.This paper uses the combination of Interlanguage Theory,the comparative analysis theories and error analysis theories to make the research on the mistakes of Indonesian students during HSK writing compositions.The first chapter: Summary of Indonesian and Chinese word order.This chapter describes the Indonesian and Chinese word order and combines the similarities and differences of the comparative analysis results of both languages.After the analysis,we found out that the word order of both languages is the same:S+V?V+O?Conjunctions?Prepositions,and the difference:Attribute?Adverbial?O+C?Auxiliary word.The second chapter: An analysis of the error types made by Indonesian students in Chinese language.This chapter mainly analyzes the word order in HSK writing compositions corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University.It summarizes eight word order error types of student in the Chinese language learning process: S+V error?V+O error?attribute error?Adverbial error?O+C error?Conjunctions error?Auxiliary word error and Prepositions error,besides,it also discusses the examples of some types of these errors.The third chapter: The reason of Indonesian Students' errors in Chinese word order.According to the types of errors in the Chinese language order of Indonesian students,the reasons for the errors are explained.The research was made mainly from aspects of the impact of the Indonesian language,the transfer of the target language,students' own problems and teaching materials.The fourth chapter: Teaching strategies for word order errors.This chapter puts forward the teaching from four aspects: considering the differences between Chinese and Indonesian word order,increasing the teaching focus,improving the abilities of Chinese teachers,selecting the appropriate teaching materials.Conclusion.Summary of the thesis' contents.
