At present, there are still teaching mainly in the classroom, lack of integration within and outside the classroom, students learning initiative is not strong, passive listening, participation is not high, the lack of personalized learning and group discussion and learning interaction and evaluation of a single,The lack of comprehensive and diverse procedural evaluation and other issues,in the current "Internet +" era background, how to fully integrate the classroom teaching and learning, and give full play to the advantages of network-based extracurricular learning has become increasingly important and urgent. The development of the classroom has just put on this background, which provides a new way to solve the internal and external integration and the teaching innovation and reform in our country. In the past, there are few similarities in the research perspective and content of the classroom, and the teaching problems are mainly for the basic education field. There are few studies in the field of colleges and universities, and there is a flipping classroom model applicable to the teaching of colleges and universities. However, with the construction of some intelligent and interactive research classrooms, the establishment of some new students' seminars and the construction of video-based network teaching platform, the research and popularization of the practice of reversing classroom in colleges and universities is becoming more and more urgent. The teaching model of the classroom teaching has important practical significance. Therefore, the author starts from the current situation of the university classroom, and starts the practical problem of the feasibility of the teaching mode, and constructs the inverted classroom model, which will combine the classroom theory and practice to explore the new ideas of the integration of technology and curriculum. On the basis of combing, analyzing and summarizing the relevant materials, this paper divides the subject into five chapters, namely, introduction, research status and theoretical basis, constructing "one two three" type flip teaching model, turning classroom teaching model experiment Research and revision of teaching models.Among them, the first and second chapters of the introduction and research status and theoretical basis is the basis of this study, the author combs the research situation at home and abroad to flip the classroom to determine the theoretical basis for research, clear research objectives and determine the use of research methods. The third chapter constructs the reform teaching model based on the mixed learning theory, that is,"one two three" type flip teaching model, and explain its connotation and key points, implementation conditions, operation steps and advantages. The fourth chapter is the experimental part, combined with the existing software and hardware conditions, the design of the "Outline of Modern Chinese History" teaching design implementation program, mainly from the teaching content, learners, teaching objectives, experimental process,pre-class,After-school learning stage several aspects of the design.Combined with the above design,in the experimental class to carry out flip classroom teaching experiments, detailed description of the teaching design, curriculum practice process and record the experimental process and student data. After the implementation of the experiment, the questionnaire and the interview form the students 'and teachers' learning effect, satisfaction and opinion investigation, and test the validity and rationality of the "one two three" teaching model. The fifth chapter summarizes the problems in the experiment and the problems in the implementation of the model, and corrects the model and puts forward the improvement measures.
