Study On The Moral Conflict Of Stakeholders In The Ecological Tourism

Since 21 century,ecological tourism has made great achievements,the annual rate from25% to 25% in the world's tourism industry,become a new economic growth point in the tourism industry.At the same time,a series of uneven distribution of ecotourism stakeholders interests or moral conflict also appeared and it is caused by the power and responsibility is not clear.The generation of moral conflicts is not only conducive to cooperation between stakeholders and hindered the sustainable development of ecological tourism,so the strategy has the significant practical significance.The thesis focuses on four aspects:first,define the ecological tourism,stakeholders,moral conflicts and other related concepts,this paper expounds the research of ecological tourism stakeholders in the theoretical basis and value of moral conflict.Second,according to the actual situation of ecotourism development in our country at present stage and the responsibilities of each stakeholder and different interests,this paper expounds the ecological tourism in the manifestation of moral conflict between the various stakeholders.Third,the paper analyzed the main reasons for moral conflict between stakeholders,namely ecotourism stakeholders moral values under the influence of market economy,ecotourism stakeholders lacks of the education system,eco-tourism stakeholders' behavior lacks of effective supervision.Tourism management departments,tourism enterprises are analyzed in detail and ecological tourists the subjective and objective cause of moral conflict.Fourth,according to the manifestation of moral conflict between ecotourism stakeholders and the reasons of the moral conflict,proposed to create "the trinity" of the solution of the ecological tourism community strategy,namely,establish ecological tourism moral principles and norms of moral community,building ecological tourism,puts forward the main approaches of moral community building "trinity" of the ecological tourism the important action of moral community.Main ideas and innovation of this article:first,by specialized study ecotourism stakeholders moral conflict,from the perspective of ethics to re-examine the eco-tourism moral conflict among stakeholders,advocate using the moral strength to promote eco-tourism stakeholders moral consciousness,promote the development of ecological tourism.Secondly,according to different types of ecological tourism to study the moral conflict between stakeholders,puts forward the establishment of ecological tourism moral principle and criterion of the moral community through moral education,moral propaganda and moral evaluation to build "trinity" of moral community.Thirdly,establish effective moral heteronomy mechanism,ecotourism stakeholders behavior is specification,ecotourism stakeholders in the important guarantee of moral conflict.Fourth,the value conflict theory and combining the basic theory of ethics,based on the value judgment of value guide,put forward "the trinity" moral community eco-tourism proposition.This is the main innovation points in this paper.
