Applied Research On Characteristics Of Western Hunan Miao Songs—a Case Of "Shanzhai Sketch"

"Shanzhai Sketch" is a famous Miao song composed by Meng Yong,a temporary composer.This folk song uses modern music theories and singing skills on the basis of the music characteristics of western Hunan Miao songs.According to the case study of literature arrangement and scores about Miao songs,this paper will analyze characteristics of this song from the music form,mode,beat and rhythm,and melodic,then deeply discussed how to apply these characteristics to the creation of this song,in order to show the style of Miao ethnic.Also this song will provide some experiences and theoretical analysis for later singers or related vocal researchers through the experience of sound production and to achieve a perfect singing.
