The child's self-control ability influence its personality and sociability significantly.On the basis of some relevant theories presented before,this thesis aims to explore the relationships among senior Preschool students' self-control ability,parental meta-emotion philosophy and emotion understanding with methods of questionnaire survey and producing scenario stories.An attempt is made in the thesis to discuss it from three perspectives as follows.Firstly,in terms of the relationship between self-control and parental meta-emotion philosophy.The correlation analysis indicates that parental meta-emotion teaching philosophy has positive relation with child's consciousness and self-control while parental meta-emotion eliminating philosophy influences child's consciousness and self-control inversely;there is a negative correlation between parents' emotional non-interference philosophy and children's self-delaying satisfying ability.Multivariable regression analysis reveals that parental meta-emotion philosophy plays an important role in cultivating children's consciousness,persistence and self-control and parental meta-emotion noninterference philosophy influences kids' self-delaying satisfying ability greatly;Emotion disorder philosophy has a minimal impacts on children's consciousness,persistence and self-delaying satisfaction ability and emotional non-interference philosophy has a minimal impact on children's self-control;Parental meta-emotion teaching philosophy has certain predicative functions to consciousness and self-control and parental meta-emotion noninterference philosophy is able to predict children's self-delaying satisfaction in reverse.Secondly,in respect to the relationship between senior Preschool students' self-control and emotion understanding,the correlation analysis finds a positive relation between children's facial expression recognizing ability and emotion opinion adopting ability are positively correlated with consciousness,self-control and self-delaying satisfaction but not with persistence;.Thoughts emotion understanding are correlated with consciousness,persistence,self-control and self-delaying satisfaction positively;Wishing emotion understanding are positively correlated with consciousness,self-control and persistence but not with self-delaying satisfaction;Mixed emotion understanding ability are positively correlated with self-control but not with other three dimensions.Multivariable regression analysis shows that thoughts emotion understanding ability has the most impact on children's consciousness while mixed emotion understanding ability has minimal impact on it;Children's persistence are influenced by wishing emotion understanding greatly but are influenced by emotional opinion adopting ability with minimal impact;Emotion opinion adopting ability has maximal impact on children's self-control and delaying satisfaction while wishing emotional understanding ability has minimal impact on children's self-control and delaying satisfaction.Thirdly,about the relation between parental meta-emotion philosophy and children's self-control,children's emotion understanding ability serves as intermediation partly.
