In the second language teaching field,the influence of emotional factors on students’ acquisition effect has been widely concerned,especially anxiety,and the learningy anxiety was also proposed by Horwitz as an independent concept in 1986.Since learning anxiety has been put forward,scholars have started to study it.Learning anxiety is affected by a variety of factors,and the degree of anxiety affects the quality of the acquisition.Learning anxiety also exists in the process of Chinese learning,how to reduce the anxiety of learning Chinese and improve the effectiveness of Chinese learning in recent years has also become a topic of discussion in the field of Chinese foreign language.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of Chinese learning anxiety in a comprehensive and objective way,explore the factors influencing Chinese learning anxiety and whether there are individualized differences in the degree of anxiety in Chinese learning,so as to improve the effect of Chinese language teaching for teachers,and to encourage students to learn Chinese more effectively and offer some positive references.This study taking 124 students from alian University of Foreign Studies as investigation object,adopts the method of comprehensive analysis,in the combination of quantitative and qualitative investigation way for students to investigate.Quantitative research is based on questionnaires,including personal information,Chinese learning situation,and Chinese learning anxiety scale.The data obtained from SPSS19.0,it is used for statistical analysis,and the current status,influencing factors and individual differences of Chinese learning anxiety are obtained.Qualitative research is based on the semi-open interviews of six students,to further analyze the cause of anxiety in Chinese learningThe results show that first of all,the University of Dalian Foreign Studies’ students are most likely to have a moderate level of Chinese learning anxiety.Secondly,personality,nationality and subjective of Chinese language influence Chinese learning anxiety,and the difference is significant.Finally,the causes of Chinese learning anxiety in international students are the characteristics of the Chinese,the pressure of the scholarship,the classroom activities and the state of mind.Based on the above research results,this study puts forward corresponding suggestions from two aspects of teachers and foreign students,and hopes to have some help for the Chinese learning of the ementary-level foreign students,and has some inspirations for the foreign language teaching of Dalian University of Foreign Studies.
