Research On Wechat's Dissemination In Public Emergency

With the economic development, people's sense of civic awareness gradually strengthened, experienced the influence of the online community, blog and microblogging and other networking tools, We Chat——as a kind of social media platform, it's based on strong relationship and have many characteristics such as privacy, immediacy, interactive etc. These characteristics make its plays a more and more important role in contemporary.This article will taking We Chat as the research subject,which is based on the use of new media technology to the rapid development of information dissemination, we will Comprehensive use the literature method, comparison method, case analysis, content analysis and other research methods to study the transmission performance, characteristics and the positive or negative effects of We Chat in the spread of public emergency.Based on the existing analysis of relevant theoretical research about We Chat, we can conclude three main communication mode which are directional propagation, fission type transmission and flat type propagation. In the spread of public emergency, We Chat have experienced its infancy and heading towards to high-speed development stage. Combining with actual case s, the article analyzed the inherent law of We Chat spread in public emergency communication from the We Chat's external transmission performance and internal information characteristics. Compared with ordinary news events in We Chat spread, the subject, the order and the period of transmission have obvious difference in the public emergency.This paper focuses on the effect of wechat communication in public emergencies and proposed a risk-averse strategy. This paper selects the positive and negative effects since 2011 through some samples of a few large public emergencies dissemination and proliferation of wechat, data and facts will explain the proliferation of wechat during public emergencies, including positive effects like providing clues, transmit information, interactive communication, accessibility of command, promote public opinion, and negative effect is reflected as a one-sided perception, information cocoon room, rumors spread, information overload. In response to these negative effects, the paper attempts to propose to optimize the wechat communication order from the government, traditional media, operators and user to avoid wechat' dissemination risks in order to make wechat spread more better and help to build a more harmony society.
