Research On Sustainable Development Of Overseas Chinese In Hunan Province

Research on Sustainable Development of Overseas Chinese Resource is the keypoint of this thesis.In 2014,Xi Jinping, state President of China, did investigation in Hunan Province, first proposing the concept of "Belt and Area Initiatives", which is renew the position of Hunan in the central part of China by law. From east to west, it is the transition zone for eastern coastal areas and the western provinces. From south to north, it has connected the Yangtze River economic area and the open-coastal economic belt. Based on the geographical advantage and the background of comprehensively deepen-reform about nation’s strategic plan, the government of Hunan province will undertake industrial transfer,building "The Fourth Pole on Economic Growth" in China. As fusion of the informational data, breakthrough of new energy and new materials technology, the government of Hunan Province will generate the development of high-new technology industry, when it is full of positive advantages. Federation of returned overseas Chinese attracts the overseas resource that are well-educated, owing high-technology or abundant capital to promote sustainable development of overseas resources and contribute the construction of “two type four modernizations".Federation of returned overseas Chinese in Hunan province is important part of people’s organizations which plays a role in connection the government and overseas Chinese & returned-overseas compatriots. Federation of returned overseas Chinese is the main part to sustainable develops overseas resources. Federation of returned overseas Chinese pays much attention to serve the overseas resource, to establish the lasting and closer relationship with them.The thesis adopts the method of combining general theor y and case analysis, using methods of statistical &the literature material, to analysis present situation of overseas resources in Hunan province. Meanwhile, SWOT summarizes the details on sustainable development of overseas resource research of Hunan province in strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.By analyzing the problems and blocked reasons of sustainable development, the federation of overseas Chinese explore countermeasure principle of overseas resources development, which referred to the developed model from four coastal provinces Shanghai,Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang. As it was,it is the demand from era to combine the resources of the overseas Chinese affairs and the necessity of sustainable development, promoting the development of overseas resources and importing the technology and capital for Hunan province.In this thesis,the thought for studying the overseas resources development and the sustainable development of Hunan province is the putting forward question- analysis problem-solving the problem. In the context of renewable overseas resources,federation of overseas Chinese analysis development of overseas resources policy,service forms, existing problems and reasons.
