As one of the pillar industries in current social and economic development and a consuming hot spot related to people's daily life, real estate has always been the focus for all walks of life in the society. Most active enterprises in China's Real Estate Market are privately owned. However, according to statistics, the average lifespan of privately-owned companies is less than three years. Quite a number of companies plunge into impediments as they develop into a certain stage. Through the study on policies of sustainable development of one famous privately owned company, the SinoLand Group, this paper systematically analyzes the main existing problems of the company and conforms a development strategy for a large and strong company based on its detailed and practical condition. According to the strategy and structure theory and the actual situation, it frames a detailed method for the strengthening of the company, that is to say, to found SinoLand Group. The paper discusses the risk of group foundation, the structure after the foundation, and some issues worthy of notice during real construction. It points out a clear direction for the sustainable development of the company. To study such a representative enterprise will be a good reference for real estate-oriented privately-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the sustainable conditions of the SinoLand Group with systematic study methods, for instance, Porter's 5 Forces Model, Boston Matrix, SWOT, value chain, and lifespan of real estate industry and company. During the course of study, it discusses the characteristics, cycle, core competitive power, and main motive forces of real estate industry for the sustainable development of enterprises. It has a comparatively strong instruction meaning to the development of real estate industry.
