Research On Law Enforcement And Supervision Of Land Based On Game Theory In Hutubi County

This thesis takes the game theory as the support, from land law enforcement and supervision departments and enterprises, local government and enterprises, the game between local government and law enforcement supervision departments to study the status of each subject in the process of land acquisition, the analysis results show that the process of land law enforcement and supervision, the local government is in a dominant position, and the interests of law enforcement supervision is strict.Based on the current situation of land law enforcement and supervision in Hutubi County, the paper finds that in the process of land law enforcement and supervision, there is a great loss of national interests, and the local law enforcement and supervision is weak. The government intervention is not in place, and the monitoring system is not in place; the main body position of law enforcement is awkward and the supervision is not clear. In order to better serve the people, to fulfill the duties of law enforcement supervision, land law enforcement and supervision of the main body in the process of law enforcement to improve the linkage of law enforcement supervision mechanism and rapid response mechanism, land and resources administrative law enforcement team building mechanism, strengthen land law enforcement supervision and inspection efforts, strict accountability and accountability, and give full play to the role of public participation in supervision.
