Research On The Problems Of Law Enforcement Supervision And Its Countermeasures Of County Land

Land law enforcement and supervision is an important part of land management,also the important means that guarantee the implementation of laws and regulations,maintain the order of land management.Besides,it is the basic way for promoting the sustainable land utilization.In recent years,the problem of illegal land occupation have been prominent,and the loose enforcement in land management still exists..Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the existing problems and causes and put forward pointed strategies in the area of land law enforcement supervision,which help promote the sustainable development and reasonable utilization of territorial resources.This article selects county land law enforcement supervision system as the research object,focusing on the existing problems of the land law enforcement supervision from Huian county,which represents the common problems in the system of county land law enforcement supervision(e.g.,lack of good effect of the external legal environment for land management,limited effect of land law enforcement inspections,authority institution’s illegal use of land is still the disposal difficulty,difficult to deal with the land illegal case,problems with land law enforcement supervisory team itself et al.).And analyzes the relevant causes:the lack of universal land dissemination education,part of the land laws and regulations is not perfect,unreasonable achievements appraisal system,the land law enforcement lack of enforcement efforts,administrative examination and approval and law enforcement supervision is not harmonious.This investigation refers to some successful cases from both domestic and foreign land law enforcement supervision,explores the most appropriate mode for administrating land law enforcement supervision,and subsequently comes up with useful thinking and initiatives in these area,which include the following steps:1.Strengthen educational training for the land law;2.Improve laws and regulations of land management;3.Straighten out the land management system;4.Establish long-acting strategy forthe land law enforcement supervision.Taken all together,the security effect of land law enforcement and supervision in the county land management can be Strengthened and further improvements and innovations should be carried out for promoting the sustainable development of land law enforcement supervision.
