Research On The Cultivation Of Farmers' Socialist Concept Of The Rule Of Law In China

Socialist Concept of the rule of Law is the inheritance and development of Marxist Rule of Law,based on historical materialism and dialectical materialism,which is a theoretical category of socialist countries in dealing with legal matters and the value choice of the rule of law.Firstly,In this thesis,starting from the rule of law,the rule of law and the concept of rule of law are interpreted.Then the development,Content and characteristics of socialist rule of law are elaborated.On the basis above,it can be concluded that it is of great significance to cultivate the socialist concept of rule of law of farmers in our country.Cultivation of farmers of the socialist concept of the rule of law is not only the practical needs to protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,but also the necessary way to improve farmers' legal personality.It is also the theme of maintenance of social fairness and justice and the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious rural order.Taking Ganting Town in Hongtong County as an example,through the analysis of present status of cultivation of farmers' socialist concept of the rule of law in Ganting town,it is concluded that the achievements made by the farmers in the process of cultivating socialist concept of the rule of law in our country mainly include 4 aspects as follow.The progress of public expansion of laws for farmers is obvious.The legal demands of farmer are gradually increasing.The rule of law and the concept of the rule of law are gradually accepted by farmers.And farmers' law-abiding consciousness is gradually enhanced.However,there are still some shortcomings.Farmers are still lack of thorough understanding of the rule of law.Their consciousness of rule of law is weak and their confidence of rule of law is not firm.What's more,they prefer to solve illegal issues privately with money instead of seeking legal path.Reasons for these problems can be summed up as: "power is greater than the shackles of feudal ideas in traditional law thought and zunqin family thought,smallholder consciousness,low education level of the farmers,poor awareness of the rule of law;legal education in rural areas is not thorough,the operation of the rule of law lacks a certain environment,the autonomy system of basic level villagers is in deficiency,some cadres and dereliction neglect of their duty.And it is these factors that affect the development of socialist concept of the rule of law,limiting the ability of farmers to resolve proles with legal knowledge,hindered the process of rule of law in rural areas.Therefore,it is of great need to find a new way out for the cultivation of farmers' socialist concept rule of law.Through the analysis of practice,case and questionnaire of cultivation of farmer' the socialist concept of the rule of law in the Ganting town,the thesis sums up the experience of cultivation of farmers' concept of the rule of law,that is,strengthening the management of leadership and the construction of team of rule of law in rural areas.In addition,to To carry out publicity activities to enhance the awareness of farmers' rule of law.What's more,to strengthen ideological and moral construction and improve the comprehensive quality of farmers.Besides,it's important for the farms to adhere to the principle of simultaneous development of popularizing and administration of rule of law,and pay attention to the typical demonstration effect.Finally,the thesis further concludes the approach to enhancement of farmers' socialist concept of the rule of law,specifically including: to overcome the traditional idea of " rule of man' and enhance farmers' consciousness of rule of law;to strengthen rural basic education and improve the cultural quality of farmers and rural economic development;to ensure farmers' ability to solve problems with law knowledge;to strengthen the diversification of the rule of law publicity and enhance farmers' legal literacy;to strengthen the construction of public service and improve the legal supervision mechanism;to establish legal authority with application of typical cases.Through these measures,we can further strengthen the cultivation of socialist rule of law,thus effectively promote the process of socialist rule of law,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the rule of law.
