Since childhood, have been to adult, before people through learning and imitation, gradually learn to observe, expression, learn to participate in the interaction between family, school, learn to adapt to the groups, peer environment, learn to observe all kinds of social rules, and constantly aware of their role, this a series of process, is conducted in the process of socialization.In this paper, research on juvenile inmates to social phenomenon. The emergence of the minors illegal activity is due to their socialization process caused by the failure. For juvenile inmates in social education, helping them to know society, become qualified social rules to society as a whole, is given to them by the legal rights, as well as the actual requirement of national harmony and stability.This article mainly to juvenile delinquents juvenile offenders in custody in Liaoning province as the research object, through the study of relevant literature both at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of youth work to design targeted questionnaire, juvenile inmates in Liaoning province were analyzed by using the results of the survey to current situation and characteristics of social problems, from the cultural knowledge, psychological state, and basic life skills, social role and support system of several dimensions were discussed, put forward the juvenile inmates again problems and reasons existing in the socialization process, and using the related knowledge of public management are analyzed and discussed, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for practical work. |
