Problem And Countermeasure Research On Management Of Prisoners In T Prison Of Hebei Province

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of prison basic conditions and law enforcement environment,the problem of "can be shut down,managed,or can’t run away " has been well solved,and the requirements of the bottom line security concept have been basically realized.However,at the present stage,the security and stability pursued by the reform of prisoners is securitywithbasic,low-level and narrow,which is not going to fit in anymore,compared with the new goals,new requirements and new needs of the development of socialist cause in our country in the new era,therefore,T prison in Hebei Province must improve its position,reform the management means of prisoners,innovate the management concept of prisoners,and further improve the level of prison management and development,make the bottom line thinking of ensuring that "no running person,no dead person,no major accident" transform into the fundamental safety concept of delivering "qualified products" to the society.Hebei T prisonas a prison system in Hebei Province,which takes sewing processing as the pillar of prison enterprises for a long time,and provides posts for the labor transformation of prisoners with tent production and clothing processing derivative labor posts,under the current situation,it is facing many new environments,new situations and new challenges,the overall number of prisoners is decreasing year by year,the structure of prisoners is becoming more and more complex,the proportion of recidivists,criminals involved in crime and evil,and "three categories" of criminals is constantly increasing,the consciousness of recidivism and prisoners pleading guilty and serving the law is gradually desalinated,the consciousness of one-sided protection of rights is gradually enhanced,and the behavior of violating the law and resisting reform is gradually increasing,some prisoners do not aim at actively reforming and correcting bad habits,but simply pursue commutation,parole,superficial obedience and resistance to reformin behind,which makes the management of prisoners more and more difficult.Based on the theoretical knowledge of public management,prison science and other disciplines,taking T prison in Hebei Province as an example,adopting the method of questionnaire survey and literature research,starting from the three aspects of the current situation of the management of prisoners,the construction of the police force and the countermeasures for the management of prisoners,in accordance with the four aspects of prison functions,prison administration and labor reform,education reform and police force construction,this paper analyzes and studiesthe management of prisoners.At the same time,based on the advantages of working in T prison in Hebei Province,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of prison personnel management,and obtains detailed data by means of questionnaires,data access and individual interviews,on this basis,it deeply studies the problems faced by the prisoners in T prison in Hebei Province in the process of management,and makes an effective analysis of its causes,and finally puts forward some corresponding measures to ensure the effective implementation,it is hoped that these measures will play a guiding role in improving the management level of prison personnel,standardizing the law enforcement of the police force,and ensuring the continued stability of the prison,at the same time,it can also provide some ideas and references for the management of prisoners in other prisons.
