In order to achieve these goals,but also to implement the Eighth Central Committee of the Fourth Plenary Session of the "perfect penalty execution system,unified penalty execution system" deployment,prison management must follow the pace of development of the times to adapt to the development trend of network information,It is necessary to rely on information management to promote the scientific development of prison work,improve the overall quality of the prison people's police force to ensure the full performance of the prison function.In recent years,the weifang prisonof Shandong Province in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Prison Bureau,adhere to the "useful,practical,common" principle,strengthen the hardware and software construction,deepen the practical application,basically formed a "platform,two systems,three databases,four Class application system " information work pattern,the overall work in the forefront of the Provincel prison system.However,due to the traditional mode of operation and long-term thinking inertia,information construction has not had a qualitative impact on prison management,most of the prison is still not really aware of the information technology to the prison management work brought about changes.This paper analyzes the current situation of information construction of weifang prison in Shandong province,the level of information management,the comprehensive use of prison theory and public management theory,analyzes the new situation and new challenges faced by China's prison management information construction,and the prison management information The problems in the building,and the reasons for the problems.By drawing lessons from the effective experience of Shanghai Prison Information Management and Jiangsu Prison Information Management,and combining with relevant laws and regulations,this paper puts forward the strategy of dealing with weifang prison information governance in Shandong province.At the same time,the author hopes that the research results of this paper can play a role in the further study of other scholars in the future,and can make a little effort for the construction of prison management information in China.
