Family business is founded by family clan elder, managed by family members and developed by inheriting. The ideological and political education of family business is good for the sustainable development, the quality of employees and the development of business culture.By means of studying the ideological and political education of Dahua family business in Qi county, the author find that it makes some achievements, but it reflects some problems of the ideological and political education in Dahua. First, the leader of Dahua has no sense of the ideological and political education. Second, the employees'ideological and political education quality needs to be improved. Third, there isn't a professional team of ideological and political education. Forth, the content and means are single. Fifth, the mechanism of ideological and political education is imperfect. After analyzing these problems, the author puts forward some methods to improve the ideological and political education of family business. First, the ideological and political education sense of leader and employees should be transformed. Second, a professional team of ideological and political education should be founded, including setting up the Party branch, trade union and reserved team. Third, the content and means should be extended and created. Forth, the mechanism of ideological and political education need to be founded, including examine mechanism, excitation mechanism, control mechanism and guarantee mechanism. Besides, because of the internal relevance between the ideological and political education and the business culture, the ideological and political education should merge with business culture in contents and ways to make the ideological and political education of family business develop successfully.The study of the ideological and political education of family business not only broadens the theory of the ideological and political education of family business, but also applies some useful experience for other family businesses. It opens a new situation of the ideological and political education of family business.
