Reasons And Countermeasures Of Female Entrepreneurs' Crime

Since the reform and opening up, female entrepreneurs are increasingly rising in commercial activities. Although female entrepreneurs create more social values, their crime rate is significantly higher than other professions. And female entrepreneurs'crimes are more likely to cause social attention. This paper takes the 165 female entrepreneurs in NZ prison as research objects, and analyzes the crime reasons from the "female" sex role and "entrepreneurs" social role. The main conclusions are:1) Family is the major social support network of female entrepreneurs, family discord may lead to the crime of female entrepreneurs.2) There are problems with the management of female entrepreneurs, embodied in weak law consciousness and the family management approach. There are problems with their enterprise, embodied in uncompleted system and a lack of Humanistic Concern.3) Female entrepreneurs are more likely prejudiced by society, which make it difficult to acquire a fair competition environment. On this basis, suggestions are brought up from the view of family, enterprise and society. I wish these measures have certain effect to prevent female entrepreneurs'crime.
