Study On The Countermeasures Of Independent Risk Prevention And Control Of State Owned Enterprises

The state-owned Enterprise is the mainstay in our national economy that plays a major role in the socio-economic development and operation. In these years, there are plenty of corruptions happened in the state-owned enterprise executive, which damages their image and restric t the development of normal economic, and which especially has seriously affected the relationship between the Communist Party and the people. Recently, the central government pays high attention to anti-corruption. They strengthen the degree of anti-corruption, and the state-owned enterprises have already been the "second front" of anti-corruption. Therefore, for the state-owned enterprises which are the crucial part of the whole socio-economic, to strengthen internal anti-corruption is very important.The risk prevention and control management of state-owned enterprises is an effective way to strengthen internal construction of anti-corruption, and the effective establishment of independent risk control mechanism is the significant mean for the risk prevention and control management. It is a series of control methods, measures and procedures in order to achieve sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise, to ensure the companies are able to maintain the integrity and security of corporate assets, and to improve the quality of the relevant accounting information. It is an effective internal management tool to ensure the implementation of relevant laws, which is the maintenance system and automatic warning systems for an enterprise. Currently, the operation of anti-corruption has entered a new stage, and the state-owned enterprise will face even more severe situation and bigger challenges. Therefore, they have no choice but to establish and perfect Independent risk control mechanism, which has become an urgent task for state-owned enterprises.This thesis focuses on the theme regarding the risk prevention and control mechanism of state owned enterprises starting with the emergence and the development of risk. And then it gives a systematic exposition base on deep research. Taking a large state-owned enterprise as the research object, analyzes independent risk control mechanism which includes job risk, workflow risk, institution risk, etc. It analyzes the current situation of the risk prevention and control. According to the analysis, the thesis proposed there are some problems in the design of independent risk control mechanism, so it perfect the independent risk control mechanism and propose the specific measures. What's more, it does a forecast to the future.The author has long been engaged in Discipline inspection and supervision work and pays serious attention to the risk prevention and control. Through doing the research and finishing this thesis, the author has tried to give a deep discussion regarding independent risk control mechanism in our large state-owned enterprises with the method of theory combined with practice. It is not only a systemic summary of my study and work but provides some reference for other scholars and promotes the development of economy and society together as well.
