Risk Management Research Of State-owned Property Enterprise

This paper comprehensively analyzed the risk management environment of Housing Management Company through the research of risk management theory and the statistic of SOE's risk status. This paper analyzed the risk management, existent problems, economic environment and political environment, found the weakness of SOE's risk management and adopted the related measures, combined the practical operation status of state-owned housing company and introduced the method of identifying risk management. Based on the rich information, this paper put forward specific measures of the risk management of state-owned housing company. This paper provided the guidance and reference for state-owned housing company to strengthen risk management.
