With the prevailing wave of regionalism since the end of the Cold War,the international relations subject had been dedicating to focus on the perspective of regionalism.In view of the current world power center' shifting from west to east has become a community consensus,and east Asia has the world's most complex geopolitical,so a variety of powers'gaming not only play an important role in the constructing of the east Asia system,but also indicate the future of world order.In this paper,the author mainly select a perspective of east Asia regionalism to analyze its system transition and its characteristics,based on an analysis of the defects of the dominated theories of international relations when used in east Asia system transition,and criticism of the ambiguity recognition of "anarchy",this paper aims at showing that single international relation theory is lack of explanatory when used in explaining the east Asia system transition.To further answer how to promote the peace transition of east Asia,this paper will focus on an innovative theory:moral realism to analyze the key variables of system transformation in east Asia:system of consistence of Sino-US and the consensus building,aims at showing the path selection of east Asia system transition.China's rise and development depends on east Asia,the Chinese government should actively participate in the east Asian system transformation with right strategy,and contribute to the east Asia's peaceful transition.
