Since the eighteenth congress, comrade Xi Jinping mentioned many times in the important occasions to foster and practice the socialist core values, and to cultivate and practice the socialist core values make important. Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that for a nation, a nation, to promote the power of the most lasting and deep social development is the core of the whole social common recognition values. On December 23, 2013, general office of the central committee of the communist party of China issued "on the opinions of the cultivation and practice the socialist core values," pointed out: cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, with the economic development of our country should practice and social governance, vigorously promote conservation practice of socialist core values. Red songs is the party leads the people to carry on the revolutionary war and the modernization construction of great achievement, in the history of the party's ideological and political education has played an important role. Therefore, through its successful experience, the use of red songs carries forward the cultivation and practice of socialist core values is the meaning of research.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of ideological and political education,combination of musicology, pedagogy and psychology, such as knowledge, from the perspective of red songs, this paper try to explore a more distinctive way of socialist core values, to promote socialist core values in the carrying forward and practicing of the whole society. This thesis is divided into five chapters:The second chapter discusses in detail the relevant content of red songs, on the basis of the connotation definition to red songs, combined with its produce and the different stages of the red song, analyzing the source of red songs has universality,content richness, and the characteristics of the orientation the mass, and emphatically discusses the value orientation of red songs, emotional incentive, spiritual cohesion,and the function of ideological and political education, as the writing of this paper laid a solid theoretical basisThe third chapter is red songs and socialist core values of intrinsic conjunction made important discourse, as an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics of the red song, fit within the socialist core values at different levels of different value concept. This is a very important part of the whole thesis writing; in the whole thesis writing plays an essential role.The fourth chapter discusses the current cultivation and practice of socialist core values and existing problems. Under the influence of economic globalization, social value also gradually toward diversified development, the emergence of this kind ofValue diversification in a certain sense, impacts the cultivation of the socialist core values, to the socialist core values to foster has brought serious challenges. At the same time, due to lack of cultivation and practice of the long-term mechanism of socialist core values, make socialist core values to foster more difficult.The fifth chapter discusses the development and utilization of red songs innovation way in the cultivation of socialist core values.
