Research On Guo Daofu's Thought Of National Democracy

In the early 20th century, Guo Daofu in the extremely difficult and complex historical environment united revolutionary groups to spread revolutionary ideas, arouse national awakening, organize revolutionary party and lead the oppressed in Inner Mongolia to fight against feudalism and Imperialism at home and abroad——Mongolia region(Mongolia and Inner Mongolia), northeast of China and Beijing as the main activity areas.Guo Daofu is an outstanding thinker, educator and politician,His revolutionary activities and national democratic thought have very important influence in modern Mongolia region.This paper includes five parts——introduction,historical background at home and abroad of the theory about Guo Daofu's national democratic thought,and the origin, evolution, the main content and the estimate of Guo Daofu and his thoughts.The introduction includes the reason and significance of the topic, research status, the emphases and difficulties, innovation points.The first part through the analysis of political background at home and abroad in the end of the 19th century and the early 20th century, studies the general trend of political development at home and abroad and the relationship between the international communist and the Soviet union and Mongolia region.The second part on the basis of predecessors' research analyzes the source of Guo Daofu's thought and affirms the thought is the national democratic thought.The third part through the analysis of the article and the historical activities of Guo Daofu,researches the process of germination, formation,and mature of Guo Daofu's national democratic thought.The fourth part based on Guo Daofu's articles and words indicates the main content of Guo Daofu's national democratic thought includes two parts. One is anti-imperialist and anti-feudal.Through the revolution to overthrow the rule of the northern warlords and the feudal palace at home,out against imperialism.Guo Daofu thought that against imperialism and feudalism is a unified thing, and he united the oppressed people against oppression and exploitation.The other is government by the people.It is the radical method to solve the problem of Mongolia. Through the above analysis, Guo Daofu indicated fundamental political proposition to solve the problem of Mongolia.The fifth part is about the evaluation of Guo Daofu and Guo Daofu's national democratic thought. According to the principle to the evaluation of historical figures,indicates that he is a person with outstanding contributions in the modern Mongolian history.And reveals that Guo Daofu is not the Japanese spy by studying Guo Daofu's relationship with Japan.Then compares and evaluates the thoughts of Guo Daofu and Sun Yat-Sen and Liang Qichao.Finally summarize the main content and the evolution process of Guo Daofu's national democratic thought and his contribution, also put forward that the modern people should how to treat correctly the historical figure.
