Study On The Integration Of Tianjin Service Hotline

With the development of urbanization and democratic construction in our country, people focus on intensifying urban management,public services and social services. At present,the government is making the transition and making great efforts on building the service type government,which provides positive base for establishment and expanding of governmental hotline. The hotline plays an important role in solving demands,reflecting public opinion,improving efficiency,maintaining social stability. Hotline becomes a multimedia and multifunctional sevice system,functioning as many kinds of channels like telephone,internet,mobile phone and wechat,providing technical,interacting and highly active services.The thesis analysis the classification and functions of the government, employing the new public service, citizen participation, the polycentric supply,government purchasing services theory. It takes Tianjin 8890 household service hotline as an example, summarize the functions, processing and operation. The study compares and analysis the current situation,problems and reasons of other cities' hotlines.At last, the study designs the management pattern, integration of resources from government, enhancement of supervision and all-round implementation and construction of long-term mechanism of hotline.In response to the public opinions, meeting civil requirements, government should establish integration of the hotline service resource and promote the efficiency of social service resources. In order to realize the effect of public service,except for the high level of management and service,it requires organization interaction,to speed up the progress of social development.
