Enactment of Constitution of Japan(i.e."Peace Constitution")has not only placed foundation for Japanese stepping on the road of peaceful development and maintaining peace and stability in Asia Pacific,but also symbolizing the Japanese Militarism was completely negated on the constitutional level.Under the correct guidance and protection of the "Peace Constitution",Japan has embarked on the road of peaceful development and quickly became economic power in the world.However,Japanese conservative hasn't intended to maintain such a constitution that has bright dividend of peace and development for Japan and Asia Pacific,but wanted deliberately to amend even abolish Peace Constitution,that is worrying deeply all of people who love peace.What is worth being noticed is that there have been fierce disputes and protracted struggles(i.e.struggles between "amending the Constitution" and upholding the Constitution)between the Japanese conservative and the progressive forces from the enactment of Constitution of Japan.Especially,after the signature of " San Francisco Peace Treaty with Japan " and Treaty of Security and Safeguard between Japan and United States,the Japanese conservative have been more eager to amend the "Peace Constitution".However,because of its stubbornness as the fundamental law of the state constitution,"pacifist" philosophy that rooted deeply in Japanese consciousness,great pressure and restrict of justice forces in the world,the Japanese conservative have to take a circuitous route that is aimed to invalidate the key content and basic spirit of Pacifist Constitution and reach their aim of amending the constitution in essence by the way of "amending constitution by the explanation".On the condition of intensifying of right deviation in Japanese rightist politics,especially control of right-wing politicians at the helm of the state,the political conspiracy of Japanese conservative may become a reality in the near future.This is indeed worthy of concern and vigilance of people who love peace both in Japan and in the world.Therefore,this paper combed and discussed the opinions and activities of amending constitution of Japanese conservative in post-war,has important academic value and practical significance.This thesis is made up of preface?text(four parts)and conclusion.In the preface,writer described and analyzed comprehensively the origin of selecting object?research status?academic value?practical significance?research aim?key and difficulty?innovation,pay the way for discussing in text the opinions and activities of �amending the Constitution� of the postwar Japanese conservative.In the first part,writer mainly elaborated the background and main content of Japanese Peace Constitution.Writer thinks that enactment of the peace constitution has epoch-making significance as the second edition bourgeois constitution in Japanese history.the peace constitution has the significance of the epoch.On one hand,the peace constitution is complete denial of the prewar Militarism;on the other hand,the peace constitution has played a key role in Japan's selection to the road of nation.Therefore,the peace constitution has exerted positive action of "ending the past,opening up the future" for postwar Japan.In the second part,writer mainly examined the evolution path of opinions and activities of Japanese conservative on postwar.Writer sorted out the context of " amending constitution" opinions and activities of the Japanese conservative,compared the struggles between faction of "amending the Constitution" and faction of upholding constitution in different periods and valued Japanese conservative ideas and activities to "amend constitution" and its action and influence on the process of the Japanese right deviation.In the third part,writer mainly discussed the new trend of "amending the Constitution" of the Abe cabinet.This thesis elaborated opinions and activities to amend constitution of Abe cabinet.In the forth part,explored the cause of declining of upholding constitution faction and strengthening of the "amending the Constitution" faction,looked forward to the fate of the "Peace Constitution" and the future trend of Japan.In conclusion,besides making generalization and sum of full text,writer mainly made several suggestions on how to focus and be alert to the trend of "amending the Constitution" in Japan,which embodying the practical significance of this thesis.
