Studies On The Interest Expressing Mechanism Of The New Generation Migrant Workers In The Perspective Of The Deliberative Democracy

Democracy is a common challenge throughout the world.To develop the socialist democracy,we must find an appropriate path.The deliberative democracy lay stress on the importance of each side changing their value preference and realizing the optimization of public interests,which is based on equality,trust,respect and holding an attitude of public reason.Thus,the deliberative democracy is an beneficial supplement for electoral democracy and aggregative democracy.The deliberative democracy is deeply rooted in China.The traditional idea of harmonious can be its culture supporting,and lots of practice resources could be found in China.And on account of that,the deliberative democracy is becoming an important democratic politic system for China.The development of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics can be helpful to nurture a citizenship society,construct politic culture and improve the state governance capacity.The new generation of peasant workers has holding a principle status in migrants.On the one hand,they makes important contribution to urban construction and economic development.On the other hand,their interest issues is becoming more and more severe.Different from the older generation,their interests has more new traits.Fulfilling the interest expressing mechanism for them,makes significant meaning for protecting their interests,promoting social harmony and realizing sustainable economic and social development.With the perspective of deliberative democracy,exploring how to establish a interest expressing mechanism which embraces diversity and interaction for the new generation,is an important mission for all the social sectors.Based on the view of deliberative democracy,we could find out that we've made some progress:the desire to deliberate is growing,the negotiation method is being forming,the content is enriching and what we did worked.But there also exits some deficiencies,such as the capacity to participate,the poor performance of expressing channel,the imperfect legal system and organizations.This is mainly because of lacking value communities,uneven distribution of resources,unclear orientation of public sector and passivity in deliberation.The deliberative democracy tallies with the interest expressing mechanism for the new generation migrant workers.To establish a scientific and efficientmechanism,we must take actions as following:improving the will and capacity of multiple community,perfecting the legal system,optimizing channels and raising the organization degree.
