The Research On The Effect That The National Political Quality Has On The National Soft Power

With the intensified competition between countries and the development of the society, the competition area will change to culture, political system ideology from military, science and technology and economy gradually. The change illustrates the progress of human society and human cognition, and also explains the new concept of soft power. Facing with the increasingly serious international situation and the concussion from the western ideology, we must ensure the sense of identity of the national political system, enhance the national cohesion and soft power, and take lessons in the national political quality training.This paper analyses the concept of national political quality and soft power, and also the relationship between them, finally come to the point that the national political quality is the core element of the national soft power, and also plays an important role in the progress of improving the national soft power. The fine national political quality is good for the construction of democratic politics, the formulation of foreign policy and the construction of advanced culture. After more than 30 years' developing, China's soft power construction has received a certain achievement. As the improving of China's national power, the development of the national political quality could not catch up with the development of the national power. The unhealthy national political quality has a very bad influence on the development of the soft power of the culture, the system and the diplomacy. As for the present situation of our country's development, the development of the soft power has lagged behind the development of the hard power, and the cultivation of the national political quality is facing with a severe situation which is unfavorable for the further development of our country. The key element to improve the national soft power when facing with the severe situation is to cultivate good national political quality. This paper is going to figure out the way of improving the national soft power from the purity, the thickness, the hardness, the width and accuracy of the national soft power, combining with the constituent element of the national political quality. Finally, this paper highlights the importance of the cultivation of the national political quality during the development of our country, trying to solve the guidance problem ideologically and the dynamic problem practicably.
