In recent years, with the strong support of the country, our rural grassroots democratic political construction has achieved some success, the rural democracy consciousness Is significantly enhanced, the enthusiasm of democratic participation is increasing, but there are still some problems of the development of rural political social from all walks of life need to continue focus on, especially the rural left-behind women as the vulnerable groups in construction of democratic politics.Due to the duel system in urban and rural areas influence, China population flow rapidly, a large number of migrant workers into the city, caused our country rural area gradually become the "hollowing ", rural areas have emerged a large number of left-behind women, the old man and the left-behind children. Young adults labor outflow massively, left-behind women becomes participator in new socialist countryside construction and development, rural left-behind women participate in the construction of democratic politics is not only directly related to our country rural grassroots democratic political construction's quality, but also affects the rural political democratization process in China.This article mainly taking the rural areas of Q town in Chuzhou of Anhui province as an example, using literature method, dialectical analysis method and interview method to investigate, which is from Marxism woman's viewpoint and Marxist democratic political construction theory to study the rural left-behind women in some problems at the grassroots level politics construction.The study found that in Q town the rural left-behind women has made some achievements when they take part in the construction of democratic politics, the women's participation rate in rural democratic election are in increase; Rural left-behind women have some positions in the democratic decision-making, at the same time they have some voices; Rural left-behind women in the democratic management plays a certain role; Rural left-behind women play a role in the supervision of village work. But on the other hand, at present time,rural left-behind women still facing some problem when participating in the construction of democratic politics, the women's subject consciousness is weak; Democratic participation ability is poor in general; the degree of participation in the four "democracy" is relatively low; the platform and channel of participation in the village work is lack; the quality of participation in the democracy at the grassroots level politics construction is not high.Through the analysis of the left-behind women's participation in the construction of democratic politics in Q town of Chuzhou rural areas, we found that the problems influence rural left-behind women's participation in the construction of democratic politics factors mainly have four aspects at present: the first is the rural left-behind women their own personal aspects, including left-behind women's own culture level, political quality and multiple identities of left-behind women; The second is the economic aspects, including the rural economic development level and left-behind women family income level; The third is the cultural aspects, including the traditional roles of man and woman, the villagers prejudice and social atmosphere; The fourth is the policy, including the relevant policies and legal system is not sound and relevant policies and legal system deviation in the execution.As a result, based on the analysis of rural left-behind women in the construction of democracy at the grassroots level politics in the current situation in Q town of Chuzhou, we think how to perfect rural left-behind women's participation in the construction of democratic politics. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the left-behind women in rural area, improving the rural left-behind women's social status, promoting the construction of new socialist rural areas, promoting the process of rural democratic politics construction, our government must strive to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of rural left-behind women, to develop the rural economy, to encourage rural left-behind women to develop sideline, to increase the left-behind women personal economic income, to improve rural left-behind women in material ensuring strength at the grassroots level politics construction, to propaganda and educate rural democracy thought intensely, to popularize the basic national policy of gender equality, to build loose rural social atmosphere, to establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations, to broad the participation channels of left-behind women in the construction of democratic politics, to guarantee rural left-behind women can successfully participate in the construction of democratic politics.
