Study On The Rural Governance Perspective Xian Culture Takes

For society, cultural is a foundation of support and motivation. It is always in an invisible and powerful force affecting all aspects of society, deeply and lasting long. Countryside is grown and developed in rich cultural heritage in C hina. Deeply influenced by village culture, especially in the critical period of development change, speeding up urbanization and modernization make rural governance transform. General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward the "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" concept of development. Under the guidance of this idea, in rural governance exploration practice,We find a culture of Xian in countryside. It is not only a spiritual but also a nostalgia out from the village. It plays a huge role in the socialist new rural governance. Through the research on the culture of Xian,this paper tries to find a viable path for rural governance from the perspective of Xian Culture.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, body, and conclusion. The first part learns Xian culture by concept, meaning, role and significance. Second part explores how cultural depth to explore Xian in practice in different ways respectively and provide a security path for the rural governance in multi- level. The last part are conclusion and prospect. Through the research, it is concluded that follow villager culture and rural governance fit each other and influence each other, coordinate with each other, promote each other, is the inevitable choice of rural governance dilemma.
