Village Culture not only inherits the past but also leads to the future.As the cradle of the Chinese traditional culture,rural areas are the root of our culture.Xiang xian culture stems from rural areas and serves rural areas,maintaining their stability.However,in the real world,due to the development of economic society,most people in rural areas flow to the cities,worsening the Hollowing out and damaging the traditional rural orders,which contributes to the drifting away of Xiang Xian culture.At the same time,the degree of socialization in rural areas continues to increase,the social problems become various and complicated,and the degree of difficulty in rural governance is increased.To solve these problems,we need the return of Xiang Xian culture.Therefore,reshaping the Xiang Xian culture and retaining our nostalgia is an urgent problem to solve in rural construction.In recent years,Xiang Xian culture has attracted the government's attention and become the hotspot of academic research.For the construction of Xiang Xian culture,scholars have their own views.Some talk about the construction of Xiang Xian culture from the perspective of villager.Some study it from rural governance.While others study it regarding rural elites as the non-governmental organization.As for this article,it explores the construction of Xiang Xian culture from the perspective of collaborative governance.This article studies the construction of Xiang Xian culture from the perspective of collaborative governance,seeking the practical path to the Xiang Xian culture.In the first place,this article elaborates the related concepts about the construction of and the theory of collaborative governance,determining these concepts according to the real situation.This paves the way for the discussion below.Then,the article discusses the current construction of Xiang Xian culture in three aspects,which are the status quo,the achievements,the existing problems and causes respectively.After that,the article introduces a successful example of the construction of Xiang Xian culture from Shangyu,Zhejiang Province.This part sums up the successful experience about the construction of Xiang Xian culture,being used as reference to solve the existing problems in the course.Finally,together with the experience from the Shangyu's construction of Xiang Xian culture,the article attempts to solve the existing problems in the construction of Xiang Xian culture from the perspective of collaborative governance.
