The essence of juvenile crime is interruption or failure of socialization. According to the statistical data of Chinese Youth Crime Research Association showed, The total of juvenile crime accounted for more than 70% of the total number of criminal offenses, and the proportion has remained in recent years. The re-socialization of criminal juvenile is the process that makes them to get rid of bad habits, fix values and return to the society, it's a very practical work. At present, prison correction and community correction are the main ways of criminal juvenile's re-socialization in our country. The reason of chosen the practice on community correction of criminal juvenile's re-socialization as an object of this study is community correction that is one of the most effective ways of the criminal juvenile's re-socialization can expand the connection of criminal juvenile and outside world, make criminal juvenile accessible to the mainstream culture ideology and to maintain coordination with the development of the society, make realization of the transformation from the perpetrator to the society, have the advantage of being unable to compare with the prison correction. However, community correction is a concept introduced from abroad, the research on community correction in China is still in the stage of the system' construction and improvement at present, less on practice.The paper did survey on the P County of Zhejiang Province, it made investigation and research on the practice of the local criminal juvenile' community correction, revealed the characteristics the criminal juvenile' re-socialization and the problems in the process of re-socialization, put forward the targeted working suggestions by learning from the western countries ideas and practices.
