Research On The Community Correction Of Juvenile Offenders:A Case Study Of The Juvenile Chapter In Huangshi City

In recent years,juvenile delinquency is very serious,with the characteristics of group,violence and so on.How to prevent and help correct juvenile delinquency is worthy of our careful attention.In this paper,the crime minors in the Community Correction Section of the Justice Department of Xisaishan in Huangshi City were investigated.The survey was conducted mainly through interviews.The author and the social workers,correctional staff and juvenile offenders jointly participated in the community correction work.Using scientific methods and professional techniques such as "advantageous perspective theory" and "social ecological theory",and following the values of respect,acceptance,inclusion,and self-determination,accept corrective objects,encourage,assist,and caring,and effectively solve practical problems.problem.This article contains four parts.Chapter One Introduction.Mainly expounded the paper's research methods,ideas,significance and background.And combined with the research status and achievements at home and abroad for a comprehensive review.Chapter 2,Basic Theory.The relevant concepts of community correction have been clarified,basic theories of social work have been proposed,and the methods of social work intervention in community correction have been analyzed.Chapter 3,Cases and Analysis.It is the core of this article.The author takes the“small chapter case” as the entry point and adopts the general mode of social work,ie the “Case,Projection,Plan,Intervene,Evaluate and Close Case” model to involve social work in the community correction of minors.A comprehensive analysis of.Chapter 4,conclusions and discussions.Sum up and summarize practical experience,analyze the problem of social work intervention in the community correction of minors,and propose solutions to the problem,and point out the limitations and insufficiency of this article.
