The Ideological And Political Education Research Of Community Party Member In New Media Era

The ideological and political education of Party members is an important content of Party’s construction. It is also an important measure to maintain and develop the Party’s advancement and purity. Currently, the "two learn and one do" learning educational activities carried out in the whole Party even proposed higher demands on Party members’ learning content, object scope and results evaluation. However, with the development of society, with the general utilization of new media and the speeding up of urbanization, the ideological and political education of community Party members in our country is facing new opportunities and challenges. Researches show that community Party members generally hold the features on large mobility, complex staff composition and inconspicuous leading role model. The ideological and political education of community Party members shoulders heavy responsibilities. Therefore, the study on the ideological and political education of community Party members under the background of new media have very strong era significance. In this paper, by the way of survey study, literature research method, experiential summary method and case study, it researches the ideological and political education work of community Party members under the new media background.
