A Study On The Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education Of Party Members In Community

In February 2016,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued a document of<On All Members Of The Party To Carry Out The Learning Education Program On "Learning The Party Discipline And A Series Of Speech To Be Qualified Party Members">,requiring all regions and departments to implement in earnest.This is an important practice for all party members to deepen the education within the party,to promote the party education from the "key few" to the majority of party members to expand the important initiatives.Community party organizations have a large number of party members,so the ideological and political education work of community party members has also been promoted to an unprecedented strategic height.Community is the basic unit of social management and its party organization is the fighting fortress for the party in community which is the direct force to guide the development of community and has an important impact on the construction of a harmonious community.Since the 21st century,China is in an important strategic opportunity to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In the context of social transformation and economic transition,people's life quality and life expectancy are significantly improved.Moreover,after obtaining certain economic material security,their requirements on political demands and political participation are more and more intense.This also put the community party building work,especially the ideological and political education for community party members,into an important position in the whole party's construction task.At the same time,the ideological and political education work of the community party members also faces a certain degree of difficulties and problems,seriously affecting the ideological and political education work and its effect of community party members,bring severe test and challenge to the work of education management of the grassroots community party organization.Therefore,the main purpose of this dissertation is to find out the corresponding measures to face challenges,solve problems research and explore the ideological and political education work of the community party members.The theoretical significance of this dissertation is to sort out the theory of ideological and political education of the party,to grasp the law of ideological and political education of community party members,to explore the countermeasures of ideological and political work of community party members,and to make up for the lack of ideological and political education of community members.The practical significance is to reverse the problem of neglecting the ideological and political education of the party members to a certain extent,to adapt to the urgent requirements of the party in an all-round way,to improve the ideological and political quality of the community party members,and to play the vanguard and cxemplary role of the community members.This dissertation can be divided into three parts:the first part is to analyze of the nature of the ideological and political education of community party members,recognizing the significance of this work;the second part reviews and summarizes the achievements of the ideological and political education of the community party members,comments on the current situation of the ideological and political education of the community members,and combs the existence of the ideological and political education of the community members.The third part puts forward the measures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the party members,and the feasible countermeasures from the aspects of the educational management of the community party organizations and the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members themselves in order to make the ideological and political education of community party members play its potential function,providing theoretical reference and practical basis for the party workers and promoting the ideological and political education disciplines.The communities defined and studied in this dissertation are urban communities in our country,excluding rural and town communities.
