Research On The Application Of Crowfunding Public Service Model In The Public Service Area

Since the theory of public service and public governance has been put forward,the research of improving the public service has been raised all over the world.The research on public service in our country has not stopped,all kinds of theories and methods emerge in endlessly,and have made many achievements.However,serious problems of the development of public service in our country is still faced,such as lack of financial expenditure,uneven distribution,single supply mode and so on.Jiangxi Province,as the less developed areas of our country,is an urgent need to find a way to change the status quo of public services.2005,Public financing in the United States came out,soon by virtue of the low investment threshold,high financing efficiency,financing objects and other features are widely favored by all fields of entrepreneurs and the majority of investors.The congregation raised as a kind of Crowdsourcing application,the principle and significance of "set the public intellectual,united people,people dream round".To gather together all the people's strength,even if each person only invested 1 yuan,when the population base is large enough,but also a huge force can not be ignored.Crowdfunding public service is to raise public participation,openness and other characteristics of the public to raise public service supply model,to enhance the quality of public service.However,at present,the domestic for the public to raise crowdfunding public service research and the example is relatively small.If Jiangxi province want to raise crowdfunding public service,many difficulties will be faced in laws and regulations,regulatory system,participation motivation and role orientation,.Therefore,this article uses comparative analysis,literature research,case studies and other research methods to analysis of the present situation,plight and the opportunities of Jiangxi's raising crowdfunding public service.Then the crowdfunding public service in the necessity and feasibility of the development of Jiangxi Province has been described.And some references are provided for introducing all the chips into crowdfunding public services of Jiangxi by learning from the successful experience of foreign countries.
