Investigation On Job Satisfaction Of Public Security Police In Zhuanghe And Its Influence Factors

In the current rapid development of social economy, the public security police for the national security, maintain social stability, assuring the health development of social economy, the important mission of serving the people.Public security police is a high-risk occupation. As an important part of civil servants, the job satisfaction of policemen is of crucial importance. How satisfied are policemen in Zhuanghe with their jobs, the existing problems of their job satisfaction, the main influence factors and how to improve policemen's job satisfaction effectively are the main research of this paper.First originated from the Hawthorne experiment, job satisfaction, which has a direct impact on the behavior and work efficiency of the members of the organization, can be judged by the attitude and performance of the members. Selecting policemen in Zhuanghe as the research object, this paper analyzes the above questions and offers practical and feasible resolutions in order to enhance the degree of their job satisfaction.The study found that policemen in Zhuanghe has lower job satisfaction in the whole job especially in the job itself, the working condition, the salary and opportunities for advancement, mainly led by the heavy working intensity, high risk, incommensurate wages and poor chances of promotion. In order to solve current problems of job satisfaction of policemen in Zhuanghe, it can start from the following aspects:police force allocation strengthened, non-police affairs reduced, the construction of police public relations boosted and law enforcement improved. Thus the job satisfaction of policeman in Zhuanghe can be improved, and as a result, the social and economic order of Zhuanghe can be maintained and the security of people's life and property can be safeguarded.
