With the increasing passenger volume of railway transportation,the work burden of railway police is increasing.As the basic unit of the railway public security bureau,station police stations are responsible for the safety of life and property of the public security organs,railway passengers and people around the railway station.The quality of the work of the basic police of railway public security directly affects.The working environment is poor,the pay is relatively low,and there are various risks in the work.All these factors lead to the physical and mental fatigue of the basic police of railway public security,and reduce their satisfaction to the work of railway public security.Due to railway security relative to other administrative organs,the career development space is relatively narrow,working pressure is bigger,makes the police personal value realization way is narrow,the negative influence on the police work enthusiasm,directly affects the working efficiency of the whole railway public security agencies and the working state,have a negative impact for railway public security work.In this paper,the work satisfaction and incentive mechanism of shenyang railway grassroots police are studied.This paper investigates and studies the status quo of shenyang railway public security basic police,and looks up the basic situation of shenyang railway public security and the implementation of relevant incentive mechanism in recent years,and then overall grasps the daily work of shenyang railway public security in recent years.In the main form of the investigation,the basic police station involved in shenyang railway public security was visited,the questionnaire was mainly distributed and the related interview was supplemented,and the public security satisfaction of shenyang railway public security was studied and summarized.Through the analysis of the investigation results,the problems existing in the work satisfaction and incentive mechanism of shenyang railway public security were sorted out,and the causes were analyzed.Finally,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,and optimizes the satisfaction of basic police in shenyang railway to improve the efficiency of railway public security work by setting up correct incentive consciousness,constructing scientific and applicable assessment incentives,paying attention to material and spiritual rewards,and optimizing the wage environment of basic police.
