At present our country is in transition in an all-round way,lots of contradictions and problems appeared gradually,the public security organ facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.There is some relationship between detention police 'job satisfaction and job Performance good or bad.This research of the factors of detention police 'job satisfaction can find the fact what affect the level of detention police 'job satisfaction.This research can give some advice to the Government to enhance the level of the work about the detention police 'initiative and job satisfaction,so we can improve the working conditions of detention police.This paper studies the job satisfaction of the public security police in Heilongjiang province.First of all,the research literature on career satisfaction at home and abroad is summarized and organized,and the theoretical research framework of this paper is established.Reference and draw lessons from a large number of research results,design the questionnaire,to collect the survey data of descriptive statistics analysis and test its reliability and validity,a sample of the basic statistics show that sample has good representativeness,at the same time after inspection found the sample has higher reliability and validity.From the six aspects of population characteristics,the career satisfaction of the police in Heilongjiang province was analyzed,and the results showed that the female career satisfaction was higher than that of the male.The job satisfaction of the under-25 s is the lowest,significantly lower than that of other age groups;The higher degree of education,the lower career satisfaction;The job satisfaction of the public security police is significantly higher than that of the unmarried and divorced police.The highest degree of job satisfaction of the public security police with 21 years of working time and above is significantly higher than that of other groups,with the lowest satisfaction of working five years and less;The career satisfaction of the public security police of administrative post is significantly higher than that of field staff.Through factor analysis of the public security policemen studies the determinants of job satisfaction,and found that the main system were the main influencing factors system,self-realization,leadership style,the work itself,social support,promotion,compensation and benefits,colleague relationship and so on eight aspects.Among them,the system,self-realization,leadership style,job itself high degree of the influence of the four factors,social support,the promotion space,compensation and benefits,the relationship between the colleague this four factors influence degree is low.Finally,in order to promote Heilongjiang province public security policemen occupational satisfaction strategy design and safeguard measures are put forward,including improving the organization's management ability,build a better social environment,to strengthen the construction of ideological education,pay attention to the personality characteristics of police officers.
